REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION RE: 1 . For the reasons discussed, it is respectfully RECOMMENDED that the 28 U.S.C § 2241 petition for writ of habeas corpus, ECF No. 1, be GRANTED in part and Respondents be required to provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing pursuant to § 1226(a) before an Immigration Judge within seven (7) days or, in the alternative, release Petitioner.
