The government has agreed to inform ICE that the petitioner's counsel will be filing a habeas petition so that the petitioner can appear for proceedings in Massachusetts state court. The Court orders ICE not to move the petitioner to another facility until April 8, 2025, so that the petitioner's counsel can file a habeas petition in the appropriate jurisdiction.
