Order: [non-document] The Court has examined the petition (ECF No. 1 ) and Petitioner's motion for temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction (ECF No. 2 ). Regarding the petition, the Court cannot say whether Petitioner is entitled to at least some of the relief requested. Accordingly, the Clerk of Court shall forward a copy of the petition (ECF No. 1 ), the motion (ECF No. 2 ), and this Order, to all Respondents and to the Office of the United States Attorney, Northern District of Ohio. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2243, and for good cause shown, the Court orders Respondents to respond to the petition and motion by April 14, 2026. The Court will thereafter schedule a hearing pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2243, at which both the petition and motion will be heard. Regarding the motion, the Court GRANTS it in part: Respondents ARE HEREBY RESTRAINED from transferring Petitioner from the jurisdiction of this District pending the resolution of this case.
