ORDER: Petitioner's Motion to Exceed Page Limitation 2 is granted. The Clerk of Court must file the lodged Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunctive Relief (lodged at Doc. 3 ). Petitioner's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Relief is denied without prejudice. Counsel for Petitioner must immediately serve the Petition 1 and a copy of this Order on Respondents. If not already issued, the Clerk of Court must issue any properly completed summonses.
