SCHEDULING NOTICE by Magistrate Judge Pedro V. ORDER by Magistrate Judge Pedro V. Castillo: On May 14, 2026, the Court ordered the parties to file a joint status report setting out what issues remain for decision in light of the Immigration Judge's May 11, 2026 Order denying bond due to Petitioner's "risk of flight"; whether the parties intend to stand on briefing already filed; a proposed schedule for any further briefing; and if appropriate, either a notice of voluntary dismissal or a stipulated judgment.
