TEXT ORDER: Petitioner Jorge Alberto Castro Osorio filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 alleging he is unlawfully detained by immigration authorities under 8 U.S.C. § 1225(b). D.E. 1 ("Petition").
