ORDER signed by District Judge Dena M. Coggins on 04/25/26 GRANTING 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and 2 Motion for TRO as follows: Petitioner Miguel Jaimes-Tavira (A-242-171-975) shall be RELEASED IMMEDIATELY from Respondents' custod y. Respondents shall not impose any additional restriction on him, such as electronic monitoring, unless that is determined to be necessary at a future pre-deprivation/custody hearing; if the government seeks to re-detain Petitioner, they shall provi de him with a bond hearing at which Petitioner shall bear the burden of showing that he is not a flight risk or a risk tocommunity safety. This order does not address the circumstances in which Respondents may detain Petitioner in the event Petitione r becomes subject to an executable final order of removal and Petitioner receives notice of that final order of removal.
