MINUTE ORDER Respondents have agreed that Petitioner is entitled to a bond hearing pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a). ECF No. 8. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Petitioner's Petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 for an individualized bond hearing before an immigration judge.
