MINUTE ORDER issued by Courtroom Deputy for Chief District Judge Troy L. Nunley on 4/2/2026: The Court has reviewed Petitioner's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. (ECF No. 2 .) Respondents shall file any opposition to Petitioner's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order by April 6 2026. Failure to timely respond shall be construed as a non-opposition. See L.R. 230(c).
