ELECTRONIC TRANSFER ORDER. Eduardo Manuel Gomez Linares, an ICE detainee at the Eden Detention Center in Concho County, filed a pro se habeas petition challenging his continued detention under 28 U.S.C. § 2241. Because § 2241 petitions must be filed in the division where the petitioner is confined, venue is improper in this division. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1406(a), and in the interest of justice, the Court TRANSFERS this case to the San Angelo Division of the Northern District of Texas. 28 U.S.C. § 124(a)(4).
