ORDER GRANTING WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS ORDERED Mr. Tanahan's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (ECF No. 6 ) is GRANTED. Defendants must IMMEDIATELY RELEASE Petitioner by no later than 12:00 P.M. on January 22, 2026, subject to the conditio ns of his prior order of supervision. See 8 U.S.C. § 1231(a)(3).
