ORDER granting in part and denying in part 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed by Jorge Juan Fernandez. To the extent Fernandez seeks immediate release from ICE custody, the petition is DENIED. To the extent Fernandez seeks a procedu ral remedy for the revocation of his supervised release, the petition is GRANTED. Respondents are ORDERED to provide Fernandez with the informal interview required by 8 C.F.R. § 241.13(i)(3) by May 5, 2026. If that procedure is not provided by the Court's deadline, Respondents are directed to release Fernandez. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment accordingly and close the case.
