TEXT ORDER re: 13 Letter. The Court construes Petitioner's letter filed November 26, 2025 (Dkt. 13), as a request to enforce the Court's November 21, 2025 Order, which required that a bond hearing be conducted on or before November 28, 2025 (Dkt. 9). Petitioner informs the Court that the Immigration Court scheduled a hearing for November 26, 2025, but failed to inform counsel of the date and time for the hearing, and then rescheduled the matter for December 5, 2025. Petitioner seeks immediate release should the bond hearing not be held by November 28, 2025. Because the deadline in the Court's Order has not yet passed, the Court denies Petitioner's request for relief without prejudice to renewal. If a bond hearing does not take place by November 28, 2025, with sufficient notice to counsel, in accordance with the Court's November 21, 2025 Order, Petitioner may renew his request for relief by a formal motion to enforce at that time. SO ORDERED. Signed by Hon. Elizabeth A. Wolford on 11/26/2025. (MGB). (Entered: 11/26/2025)

TEXT ORDER. Based on the information set forth in the letter filed by Respondents on December 5, 2025, it appears that Petitioner's emergency motion to enforce judgment filed at Docket 16 is moot. It also appears that the issues raised by the petition have now been resolved and/or are moot. Accordingly, the Court intends to direct the Clerk's Office to close the case, unless on or before December 15, 2025, either party objects. Any objections must be set forth with specifics as to why the case should not be closed and/or why the emergency motion is not moot. Signed by Hon. Elizabeth A. Wolford on 12/08/2025. TEXT ORDER. On November 21, 2025, the Court granted Petitioner's petition (Dkt. 1) to the extent it seeks a bond hearing (Dkt. 9). The Court issued a Text Order on December 8, 2025, directing the parties to inform the Court on or before December 15, 2025, if any matters in the petition or Petitioner's motion to enforce remained unresolved and to date, nothing has been filed. Accordingly, the Court dismisses any remaining claims in the petition without prejudice and directs the Clerk of Court to close the case. SO ORDERED. Signed by Hon. Elizabeth A.
