McDonald, Jr. Petitioner Hector Alejandro Medrano-Cribillero is a national and citizen of Peru, born on April 7, 1975, who is currently detained at Plymouth County Correctional Facility. Alejandro Medrano-Cribillero was first encountered by U.S. Customs and Border Protection on April 9, 2022, near San Luis, Arizona, was subsequently served with a Notice to Appear on April 12, 2022, and put on Supervised Release. Hector Alejandro Medrano-Cribillero claims compliance with all conditions of his supervised release, appeared at all scheduled immigration court proceedings, worked lawfully, and built a life in Norwalk, Connecticut. He challenges his detention and seeks immediate release.The court orders that defendants facilitate a bond hearing for him before an Immigration Judge (consistent with the standards outlined in Hernandez-Lara v.
