Judge Brian E. Murphy: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. Respondents “submit that Petitioner is a member of the class certified in Guerrero Orellana v. Moniz, [2025 WL 3687757, (D. Mass. Dec. 19, 2025)],” Dkt. 7 at 1. As a result, Petitioner is “subject to detention under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a), including access to consideration for release on bond and/or conditions.” Guerrero Orellana v.
