ORDER. In short, Saint Paul, as an "applicant for admission," is properly detained without bond under Section 1225(b)(2)(A). Buenrostro-Mendez, 166 F.4th at 498. And the Due Process Clause and Fourth Amendment do not entitle him to relief. Thus, the petition for a writ of habeas corpus (Dkt. No. 1 ) is denied. David Venturella, the Acting Director of United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement, is automatically substituted for his predecessor, Todd Lyons. Todd M Lyons terminated.
