No. 1 ) challenging his re-detention by ICE. At 10:11 a.m. on March 31, Petitioner also filed an Ex Parte Application for Temporary Restraining Order (TRO Application, Dkt. No. 4 ) seeking his release, among other relief. Counsel's declaration states that she contacted Respondents on March 30, 2026 notifying them of the TRO Application. This Courts standing orders provide that responses to ex parte and TRO applications must be filed within 48 hours after service. Roberts and remains pending before that Court. Accordingly, Petitioners Motion should be heard by Magistrate Judge Roberts. The Motion is also noticed on an expedited basis, having been filed only three days before the requested hearing date, and does not comply with the Local Rules governing noticed motion practice.
