(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER by Magistrate Judge Rozella A. Oliver, Directing Counsel to Confer and File Joint Status Report Within 7 Days. In light of the Order Granting Preliminary Injunction 13, the Court directs counsel for the parties, within 7 days, to confer telephonically and file a Joint Status Report stating whether a stipulated resolution is anticipated, including whether a permanent injunction can be issued on the same terms as granted in the Court's Preliminary Injunction. If no such resolution can be reached, then the parties are to identify the issues that remain to be decided.
