MINUTE ORDER. Having reviewed Respondents 4 Return and in accordance with this Courts prior Orders, see, e.g., Minute Entry, Ahmadi v. LaRose et al., No. 26-CV-384 TWR (MMP), ECF No. 14, the Court GRANTS the Petition in part and ORDERS Respondents to provide Petitioner with an individualized bond hearing within fourteen days. Respondents shall not detain Petitioner solely on the basis that 8 U.S.C. § 1225(b) requires mandatory detention. To the extent the Petition requests Petitioners release from custody, that request is respectfully DENIED.
