(In Chambers) Order by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: Petitioner has filed a habeas corpus petition. The Court orders Respondents to file a notice of appearance by April 2 and SETS the following briefing schedule: Respondents shall respond to the habeas petition by April 6; Petitioner shall file a reply by April 10. The parties are encouraged to consider consenting to the jurisdiction of the assigned Magistrate Judge, which will expedite determination of the petition by avoiding the delay associated with the preparation and review of a report and recommendation. If the parties consent to proceed before the Magistrate Judge for all purposes, they shall file statements of consent by April 6. Declining consent will not result in any adverse substantive consequences. Respondents shall provide Petitioner and Petitioner's counsel in this habeas action at least 48 hours' notice prior to any action to move or transfer any Petitioner from this district or to remove them from the United States.
