MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER granting 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus filed by Abel Jimenez Jimenez to the extent that petitioner is seeking the ability to post bond under the terms of the 8/1/2025 bond order: The Court hereby orders that w ithin fourteen days of the date of this order respondents permit petitioner to post bond, and upon him doing so, release him from custody in accordance with the conditions previously imposed in the 8/1/2025 bond order. Petitioner's requests for a TRO, preliminary injunction, and order of show cause (Doc. 2 ) are denied as moot. Petitioner's request for declaratory relief is denied, as the Court has already declared its ruling here, and doing so again through declaratory relief is unnecessary.
