ORDER granting Petitioner's Motion to Permit Filing of Habeas Petition and Motion for Temporary Restraining Order Pending Full Admission to the Bar of this Court (Doc. 4 ). The Clerk of Court shall open this matter and docket the filings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED granting Petitioner's Emergency Motion to Waive Personal Appearance Requirement for Attorney Admission (Doc. 5 ). An authorized official of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia may administer the oath of admission to counsel Huynh, and Mr. Huynh must promptly arrange for such administration. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED directing the Clerk of Court to immediately transmit by email a copy of this Order and a copy of the Petition and Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction to the United States Attorney for the District of Arizona, to the attention of Katherine Branch, Melissa Kroeger, Lon Leavitt; and Theo Nickerson.
