ORDER GRANTING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS --It is ORDERED that Respondents are DIRECTED to RELEASE Petitioner Saeid Jamshidiparvar from custody, under appropriate conditions of release, to a public place no later than February 4, 2026.
