San Diego is outside the geographical boundaries of this judicial district. Therefore, Petitioner is ordered to show cause why this action should not be transferred to the Southern District of California. Only that district appears to have jurisdiction over the Petition. Petitioner must file a response no later than April 3, 2026 stating any reason why the Central District of California has jurisdiction over the Petition. If Petitioner agrees that the Petition should be transferred to the Southern District of California, he can file a response that agrees to transfer. If Petitioner does not timely file a response, the Court intends to promptly transfer this action to the Southern District of California. IT IS SO ORDERED.
