(In Chambers) Order by Judge Stanley Blumenfeld, Jr.: Petitioner has filed a habeas petition accompanied by an ex parte application for a temporary restraining order (TRO). The Court sets the following briefing schedule for both the ex parte application and underlying habeas petition: Respondents shall respond to both by April 1; and Petitioner shall file any replies by April 6. The Court encourages the parties to consider consenting to the jurisdiction of the assigned Magistrate Judge, which will expedite determination of the petition by avoiding the delay associated with the preparation and review of a Report and Recommendation.
