MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge Mark C. Scarsi: ORDER SETTING BRIEFING SCHEDULE ON APPLICATION (ECF No. 3). Petitioner Lilit Grigoryan brings this action for a writ of habeas corpus. (Pet., ECF No. 1.) Petitioner filed an application for a temporary restraining order 3 . The application suffers from several procedural defects that counsel against granting preliminary injunctive relief without notice to Respondents. Further, the petition itself is not verified as required by Rule 2(c)(5) of the Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases in the United States District Courts. The Court orders further development of the application as follows: Petitioner shall supplement her application and file a verified petition by Friday, March 27, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Respondents shall file a response to the application by Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Petitioner shall file a reply in support of her application by Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The Court sets a hearing on the motion for Monday, April 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 7C. (SEE DOCUMENT FOR ALL SPECIFICS AS DISCUSSED HEREIN). (lc) (Entered: 03/24/2026)
