ENDORSED ORDER re 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. Text of Order: The court has reviewed the petition for writ of habeas corpus (doc. no. 1), through which the petitioner seeks relief under the Due Process Clause and as a member of the classes certified in Guerrero Orellana v. Moniz, No. 25-CV-12664-PBS, 2025 WL 3687757 (D. Mass. Dec. 19, 2025). The petition does not contain sufficient factual information to allow the court to conclude that the petitioner is a member of the Maldonado Bautista or Guerrero Orellana class, or to understand what other due process measures apply to his case. On or before March 26, 2026, the petitioner is ordered to supplement his petition with factual, non-conclusory information sufficient to substantiate his claim, including but not limited to information concerning his March 17 arrest and any additional criminal history. So Ordered by Judge Joseph N. Laplante.(ko)
