MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Gloria M. Navarro on 5/5/2026. Federal Respondents contend that Petitioner is a lawful permanent resident who is convicted of a felony, (see ECF No. 15 ), but fail to attach any documents to support their assertions. In its 3 Order, the Court ordered Respondents to file any documents referenced or relied upon in their responsive pleading with that pleading. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Federal Respondents must file on the docket any documents referenced or relied upon in their Motion to Dismiss by May 8, 2026. Under LR IC 6-1 parties must refrain from includingor must partially redact, where inclusion is necessarycertain personal-data identifiers from all documents filed with the Court, unless the Court orders otherwise. See LR IC 6-1; see also Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2(a). Federal Respondents are instructed to file the ordered documents in compliance with the text and spirit of LR IC 6-1 and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5.2(a) by redacting birth dates, fingerprints, A-Numbers, passport numbers, and any other personal-data identifiers or sensitive information where applicable. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties filing a redacted filing must also file an unredacted copy under seal for the Courts records. See Fed. R. Civ.
