ORDER. Before the Court is Felix Joel Bastidas Munoz's motion for temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction. Dkt. No. 2 . Because the motion improperly requests the ultimate relief sought in Bastidas Munoz's pending habeas petition (Dkt.
