ORDER denying Petitioner's Request to Deem Motion for TRO/PI Unopposed and Ripe for Consideration ("Motion") 8 . The Motion is DENIED given Petitioner's counsel's failure to comply with the Court's Order Directing Respondents to Show Cause and Setting Briefing Schedule (ECF No. 7).
