MINUTE ORDER. This case has been directly assigned to me pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 40.1. In light of Plaintiff's Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction [ECF 4 ], the Court directs the Clerk of Court to reassign this civil action to a District Judge.
