TEXT ORDER: Upon further review of Respondents' submission, including the Declaration of Rocco Kish, (ECF No. 5-11), Respondents are hereby ORDERED to submit, by 9:00 a.m. on March 27, 2026, a supplemental declaration setting forth in greater detail the factual basis for their assertion that Petitioner's removal is significantly likely in the reasonably foreseeable future. In particular, the supplemental declaration shall explain the significance of the People's Republic of China's verification of Petitioner's nationality, describe the steps that have been taken and remain to be taken to secure travel documents and effectuate removal, provide any anticipated timeline for those efforts, and include any other facts or circumstances relevant to whether Petitioner's removal is reasonably foreseeable.
