PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon sua sponte review of the record. On March 17, 2026, Petitioner, Marcos Medrano Vega, filed a Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. ECF No. 1 . Title 28, United States Code, Section 2242 provides that an "[a]pplication for a writ of habeas corpus shall be in writing signed and verified by the person for whose relief it is intended or by someone acting in his behalf." 28 U.S.C. § 2242. The Petition filed in the instant case is not verified. Accordingly, Petitioner is ORDERED to file a verification in compliance with 28 U.S.C. § 2242 by 5:00 p.m. on March 20, 2026.
