MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: (1) Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 1 is GRANTED; (2) Respondents are ORDERED to immediately release Petitioner, or in the alternative, provide him with a constitutionally a dequate bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) within seven (7) days of the date of this Order; and (3) Respondent shall file a Status Report with this Court on or before May 5,2026 to certify compliance with this Order.
