** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** Petitioner, a non-citizen currently detained in Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody, contends that respondents unlawfully arrested him without a warrant and have kept him in prolonged detention without a custody determination or a bond hearing, in violation of his rights under the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment. Because petitioner is represented by counsel, petitioner is directed to submit summonses, which the clerk of court will issue upon receipt. Petitioner should promptly serve respondents with the petition and this order. Respondents' response to the petition will be due seven days after petitioner files his certificate of service.
