ORDER it is hereby ORDERED that the Petition, ECF No. 1, is GRANTED IN PART as follows. It is further ORDERED that 1) Respondents shall provide Petitioner with a bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) within seven days of this Order.
