SCHEDULING ORDER:In light of the submissions, the parties are ORDERED TO appear before this Court for a hearing on March 18, 2026 at 10 AM. The hearing will be held in Courtroom 940 of the Alfonse D'Amato United States Courthouse, 100 Federal Plaza, Central Islip, New York, 11722. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2243, petitioner shall be produced in Court at that time.The purpose of this hearing will be to determine whether petitioner should be released on bail consistent with the principles set forth in this Court's order in Clarke v. U.S. Dept of Homeland Security, 25-CV-6773(GRB) (December 18, 2025). Counsel for petitioner shall be prepared to discuss a bail package, including a proposed suretor(s), who shall attend in person.
