ORDER GRANTING 1 PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS. Mr. Mateo Lopez's prolonged detention under 8 U.S.C. § 1225(b) without a bond hearing violates the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment.
