ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE: It is ORDERED that Respondents appear before the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York on March 31, 2026, at 10 AM, via video and SHOW CAUSE why the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus should not be granted. It is FURTHER ORDERED that Respondents file a response to the Petition no later than Wednesday, March 18, 2026.
