ORDER GRANTING PETITION FOR WRIT OF HABEAS CORPUS-- Based on the foregoing, Petitioner Alvaro Otoniel Mendez's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (Dkt. No. 1) is GRANTED as follows: Respondents must release Petitioner Alvaro Otoniel Mendez (A-094-183-432) from custody, under conditions no more restrictive than those in place before the detention at issue in this case, to a public place on or before Friday, May 8, 2026.
