OPINION AND ORDER: Federal Respondents are ORDERED to hold an individualized bond hearing before an Immigration Judge pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) for Petitioner, to be held by 3/24/2026. A hearing will be held in this Court on 3/26/2026 at which time it will inquire as to whether a hearing has been held pursuant to § 1226(a), and whether Petitioner has been released. At that hearing, the parties shall be prepared to address the remaining substantial constitutional issues and will be on the full 1 PETITION for Writ of Habeas Corpus. In addition, this Court ORDERS that Paragraph 3 of its 5 Supplemental Order granting Temporary Restraining Order remains in effect. This Court continues to ORDER that Petitioner shall remain detained at the Northwest Correctional Facility, and shall not be moved out of state, to the extent that he remains detained at all.
