ORDER. The Court concludes that Beltran-Rios fails to demonstrate that his detention is unlawful and, in turn, fails to demonstrate that he is entitled to relief. Additionally, although not argued by Respondent, it appears that Beltran-Rios's petition has become moot. After conducting a search on the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)'s online detainee locator system, the Court confirms and takes judicial notice of the fact that, as of today, Beltran-Rios is no longer in ICE custody. Beltran-Rios's petition is therefore denied and dismissed with prejudice. (Ordered by Judge James Wesley Hendrix on 5/15/2026) (kmr) (Entered: 05/15/2026)
Main Document: Order of Dismissal or Administrative Closure
