IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the U.S. Marshal SERVE a copy of the Petition (ECF No. 1 ), the Motion with attachments (ECF Nos. 2 / 3 ), and this Order on the United States Attorney for the District of Nevada or on an Assistant United States Attorney or clerical employee designated by the United State Attorney pursuant to Rule 4(i)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for Respondents file a notice of appearance by October 20, 2025 and file and serve their response to the Motion for Preliminary Injunction by October 22, 2025. Respondents shall file a response to the Petition within 14 days of the date of this Order, unless additional time is allowed for good cause shown. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner has until October 24, 2025, to file a reply in support of his Motion for Preliminary Injunction and 14 days following the filing of the response to the Petition to file a reply, if desired.
