TEXT ORDER: The Court having reviewed Petitioner's habeas petition (ECF No. 1 ) and motion for temporary restraining order (ECF No. 2 ) ORDERS the Government to file a full response to the petition and motion within ten days. In filing its answer, the Government shall provide the location of Petitioner's current detention and the name of the custodian of that facility. Petitioner may file a reply within seven days of the date on which the answer is filed. If Petitioner is detained in New Jersey, the Government shall not transfer him out of New Jersey until this Court issues a decision on his habeas petition. So Ordered by Judge Michael A.
