Considering Petitioner's pro se status, and in light of Petitioner's failure to satisfy the requirements for ex parte relief, the Court will construe Petitioner's filing as a noticed Motion for a Preliminary Injunction ("Motion"). The Court hereby sets the following briefing schedule: Respondent's Opposition to the Motion, if any, shall be filed by no later than March 17, 2026. Petitioner's Reply, if any, shall be filed by no later than March 24, 2026. After that date, the Motion will be deemed under submission. The Court will notify the parties of the Court's resolution of the Motion or the date and time of a hearing should the Court conclude that a hearing will aid in its disposition of the Motion.
