TEXT ONLY ORDER by Magistrate Judge Amanda L. Maxfield. Upon consideration, the motion to strike is DENIED. (Doc. 15). While Petitioner attaches lengthy exhibits to his pleading, his petition is 12 pages long and his memorandum of authorities is 21 pages long. Both documents concisely state grounds for relief that are well familiar to Respondents' counsel. Respondents' motion to strike itself demonstrates that counsel is able to use Petitioner's cross-references to locate material in the exhibits. Respondents are ORDERED to file a response to the Petition by Wednesday, April 8. Given the personally identifiable information contained in the Petition (Doc. 1), it is ORDERED that ECF access to the Petition is limited to counsel. Petitioner is ORDERED to file an amended petition with all necessary redactions by Wednesday, April 8. The amended petition must be identical to the Petition in all respects other than the redactions.
