ORDER: Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 1 is granted as to Petitioner's Fifth Claim for Relief. The remainder of the Petition is denied as moot. Respondents must provide Petitioner a bond redetermination hearing within te n days or release him from custody under the same conditions that existed before his detention.
