ORDER Granting Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, Granting Motion to Seal and Denying as Moot Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that petitioner Eric Alcantar's amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus [ECF No. 7] is GRANTED. Petitioner Eric Alcantar must be released from detention within three days of this order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that respondents must file and serve on defense counsel: (1) notice of the date, time, and location of Alcant ar's release at least 24 hours before the release is set to occur, and (2) within four days of this order, notice that Alcantar's release was effectuated. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the respondents are enjoined from re-detaining Alcantar unless he is provided a pre-deprivation, individualized bond hearing under § 1226(a). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for respondents is directed to immediately provide notice of this order to the restrained parties they repres ent. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Alcantar's motion for a temporary restraining order [ECF Nos. 13 , 15 ] is DENIED as moot. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Alcantar's motion to seal [ECF No. 14 ] is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court i s directed to MAINTAIN THE SEAL on ECF No. 15 . The Clerk of Court is directed to SEND a copy of this order to the Warden of the Nevada Southern Detention Center in Pahrump, Nevada and CLOSE THIS CASE. Signed by Judge Jennifer A.
