ORDER granting 1 Petitioner's Amended Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, and denying 6 Government's Motion to Dismiss. It is therefore ORDERED that the government release Petitioner immediately, and he shall be subject to the condition s of his preexisting Order of Supervision. It is further ORDERED that Petitioner is awarded costs and reasonable attorneys fees. See 28 U.S.C. § 2412.
