ORDER signed by Chief District Judge Troy L. Nunley on 3/10/2026 ORDERING Petitioner is provisionally authorized to proceed in forma pauperis without prepayment of the filing fee in this action, subject to Petitioner filing an application to proceed IFP by 8/10/2026. The Clerk is directed to serve Petitioner with an application to proceed IFP.
